Celebrate Youth is just around the corner, and we are thrilled to have you be a part of it! We want to extend our heartfelt thanks for all the support we have had throughout the years in helping us create this fantastic event, which has been a wonderful tradition for over 20 years!

 BY READING AND MARKING THE AGREEMENT IN THE GOOGLE REGISTRATION FORM, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THIS EVENT.

  • Set Up Begins: 10:00 AM

  • Clean Up: 7:00 PM

*IMPORTANT NOTES :

All businesses that provide a raffle prize will be highlighted during our raffle prize giveaway no matter their sponsor level

If you are providing an activity for the event, please reach out to us so we can accommodate a larger space and plan where to place your booth beforehand.

COMMON QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Q: Do I need to send in another logo if I have been a Sponsor before? 

 ANSWER: If you have been a sponsor within the last two years, we will have your logo on file. If you are not sure or you have updated your logo, please send another one. 

Q: What are the size requirements for the ads? 

ANSWER: 

SILVER: 450x675 PX

GOLD: 900x675 PX

DIAMOND: 900x1350 PX

Q: When do logos and ads need to be sent in?

ANSWER:  To ensure we can effectively advertise and promote your business at your chosen sponsor level, we kindly request that you provide us with your logos as soon as possible. The goal is to have all logos and ads submitted by July 28th. After this date, we can not guarantee your logo will be on the bags or shirts for our DIAMOND sponsors due to printing and order times. 

Q:  When and where do we drop off our raffle prize?

ANSWER: You can drop it off at the MSD#321 District Office by entering through the "Madison Cares" entrance and going to either the first or second door to your left. You can drop these off in advance OR bring them to the event and drop them off at vendor check-in. Once the District Office moves out, I will send an updated address to deliver.

Q:  What payment methods do you take?

ANSWER: We take checks or cards. There is a processing fee that varies depending on if you stop by in person and use the card swipe machine or call and have us enter the numbers manually. There is no fee for checks.
