Below, you will find the three sponsorship levels and their details. This year, we aim to make the process easier for everyone by providing a dedicated page for sign-ups, common Q&A's, and shared folders with maps/promo graphics - these folders will be uploaded on this page as we get closer to the event. Most questions can be answered on this page. We will also send out welcome emails once you register.

Quarter Page Full-Color Vertical Ad (2.5 inch X 3.85 inch) in our Celebrate Youth Booklet (physical and digital). Your ad must be sent to us fully designed and print-ready.
There will be 500 hard copies of printed booklets as well as a digital version that will be available and sent to all MSD#321 students/family/staff, posted on all our socials, and giant QR codes posted throughout the event.

Half Page Full Color Horizontal Ad (5 inch. X 3.8 inch) in our Celebrate Youth Booklet (physical and digital). Your ad must be sent to us fully designed and print-ready.
There will be 500 hard copies printed along with a digital version available and sent to all MSD#321 students/family/staff, posted on all our socials, and giant QR codes posted throughout the event.
Your logo will be featured and promoted on the Celebrate Youth Event Page.
Your business name will be featured on swag bags and our Celebrate Youth shirts that will be given to staff/volunteers, and in raffle prizes

DIAMOND - $1000

Full Page Full Color Vertical Ad (5 in x 7.8 inch) in the Celebrate Youth Booklet. Your ad must be sent to us fully designed and print-ready.

Your logo will be featured and promoted on the Celebrate Youth Event Page ( Please make sure we have an all-white logo for shirt/bag designs)
Your business will be featured on our District CY promo social media posts. If you want a specific post/ad that you would like us to post on our socials please have that created.
Your business will be a location to get extra tickets for the raffles
Your logo will be featured on swag bags and our Celebrate Youth shirts that will be given to staff, volunteers, and in raffle prizes
You will receive 2 CY shirts for your team
Prime location for booth (10X10)
Business shout-outs by DJ during the celebration
Banners at the event will display all Diamond Sponsors.

All businesses that provide a raffle prize will be highlighted during our raffle prize giveaway no matter their sponsor level
If you are providing an activity for the event, please reach out to us so we can accommodate a larger space and plan where to place your booth beforehand.
COMMON QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Q: Do I need to send in another logo if I have been a Sponsor before?
ANSWER: If you have been a sponsor within the last two years, we will have your logo on file. If you are not sure or you have updated your logo, please send another one.
Q: What are the size requirements for the ads?
ANSWER:
SILVER: 2.5 inch X 3.85 inch
GOLD: 5 inch. X 3.8 inch
DIAMOND: 5 in x 7.8 inch
*If you have one from years past that you would like to use, please let us know so we can mark it as complete.
Q: When do logos and ads need to be sent in?
ANSWER: To ensure we can effectively advertise and promote your business at your chosen sponsor level, we kindly request that you provide us with your logos as soon as possible. The goal is to have all logos and ads submitted by August 8th. After this date, we can not guarantee your logo will be on the bags or shirts for our DIAMOND sponsors due to printing and order times.
Q: When and where do we drop off our raffle prize?
ANSWER: You can drop it off at the MSD#321 District Office by entering through the "Madison Cares" entrance and going to either the first or second door to your left. You can drop these off in advance OR bring them to the event and drop them off at vendor check-in
Q: What payment methods do you take?
ANSWER: We take checks or cards. There is a processing fee that varies depending on if you stop by in person and use the card swipe machine or call and have us enter the numbers manually. There is no fee for checks.
