Save the date! The D.A.R.E Car Wash is coming up soon on July 19th, 10 am-7 pm! Come support our community D.A.R.E Program and get your car washed. 100 % of the donations go directly to the Madison County D.A.R.E Program. There will be bike raffles every hour starting at 11 am! Every M-F in June from 11:30 AM to 1 PM the district has a school bus loaded with free books for elementary students (Literacy Bus). It is parked in the back parking lot at the Middle School where students coming for free lunch can access it. The books are for students PreK to 4th grade. They will also have some books in Spanish as well. Each student can choose a new book and a gently used book to keep. They can get a new book each day they return. Our wonderful elementary teachers will rotate in staffing the bus and are excited to see you all! Have a great Summer!

Mrs. Dennis at South Fork Elementary had a Wax Museum day Friday! The kids did a fantastic job on their animal projects! All the students had fun little buttons by their projects so parents and students could come by and press the button to hear about that animal. Mrs. Dennis is amazing at inspiring these kids to learn and be creative. She has worked at South Fork for 16 years and is a wonderful asset to our District! #wearemadison #peopleofmadison
