4th grade

Mrs. Berry

I was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Ut and attended school in Utah and Idaho.  I married a native Idahoan in 1996 and we have lived here ever since.  We have four children, all proud Bobcats, and one beautiful granddaughter. I enjoy spending a lot of time with my family, watching sports, outdoor activities, and crafting.  I am a proud patriot and feel blessed to live in this wonderful community.

I love calling the Madison School District home.  I graduated in 2015 from Western Governors University and have been teaching 4th grade at Adams Elementary ever since.  I have a degree in Elementary Education and Special Education.  My favorite subjects to teach are math and history.  My favorite subject is U.S. History.  A few things I really enjoy about my job are coming to work in a great school with great co-workers every day, creating an exciting learning environment for my students, growing each year with my students, the reward of doing something good each day, and the love I get back from my students.  Teaching is a great job and I love it.  I could not be happier to be teaching 4th grade at Adams Elementary.

Mrs. Lancaster

I have lived in Idaho since 2012. I attended college at Brigham Young University-Idaho and graduated in 2015. I have been teaching 4th grade here at Adams since 2016. When I am not at school or thinking of ways to better help my students, I enjoy spending time with my husband, reading, crafting, and enjoying the outdoors.

I have known that teaching was my passion since I was in 6th grade. I had the opportunity to tutor the little boy across the street. When he finally understood the concept of subtraction, his face lit up, his eyes grew big, and his confidence grew. That was the moment I knew that I wanted to be a teacher. I wanted to find ways to help children learn, and be there for them when they finally had those "light bulb" moments.
